Knowledge is great, how about actual work. These contractors put even people on welfare to shame. At least they are looking for work.

Contractors are just the latest sup-prime equivalent repub scheme to milk money from the tax payer, while diverting attention to nasty wasteful government programs, like a meal a day for a homeless American. Who cares about the contractor earning six figures for doing absolutely FA, as he's "protecting the country". Rest assured, Repubs have found some Dem who approved something and will claim it's all his fault in five or ten years, when Americans finally wake up.

I see them and hear about them all the time around here. I would not piss on them if they were on fire and I needed to take a piss - really badly too.
