hi,

I got an email from NVC that they need police clearance certificate. I already mailed the orignal PCC along with DS230. I mailed both passport clearance certificate and police clearance certificate. What is the matter with these NVC people.

I have the copy of PCC and passport clearance. Can i just sent in the copy and tell them that i already mailed the originals. Please let me know. This is really frustrating.

Hi JACY...I know how you feel!!!

we have sent FOUR!! different police background checks..all from different agencies in Brasil...what is the most frustrating is that NVC WILL NOT tell you exactly what they are needing and/or whats wrong with the ones we have sent...

last week we sent our last one, so we are still waiting for their response. We are praying that they will accept it and move on with the process...
