My Company is Lying to Immigration

I have worked at my company for 1.5 years. It is a foreign company that has opened up business here in the U.S. in two locations. Most of the employees are from the home country. 2 of them are working illegally. Others are here on valid working visas but only because my company has lied to immigration by stating they are working in managerial positions when in reality they are not. Now, we have an employee here on a tourist visa and my boss is trying to get him a work visa by telling immigration he will be overseeing our two locations. This is a LIE! He is basically working in sales in one location only. What do i do?

Do I keep quiet? Do I report this? I am a citizen - born and raised here but have lived abroad. I am very open to individuals coming to the U.S. for whatever reason - but I don't agree with lying to the U.S. government?

Please - I'm looking for answers on what to do - how to handle this. Thank you.

The fact that you know this is going on, in my opinion...you may have to notify somebody. I am unsure if knowing something like this and not saying anything about it is a crime...almost like knowing that a robbery is to take place but not actually taking part.

Also be careful what you post...what information you give, etc.
