Definitely a case for legal advise.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I don't see how it's a case for legal advice. Unless there's some red flags in her case that she hasn't mentioned, she can use the guides here and file a CR-1 for him fairly easily. They've been married for 2 years already. Casablanca is a difficult consulate, this is true, but they will and have issued CR-1 visas for valid relationships without much hardship. If anything, OP might need to find someone with better English skills to help her fill out the forms and better understand the process. It's nothing she should have to pay a lawyer for..

if he go and he get refus for tourst visa and i make cr1 did he will get refus too or this cr1 dont have any relative with tourst visa .

Yes, if he goes and applies for a tourist visa and is refused, it may negatively effect a later interview for a CR-1 visa. I would suggest filing for a CR-1 directly. Please click on this link: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1 for a guide on how to file a CR-1 visa. It explains how to fill out the forms, and what papers you will need to send for the application. And please ask questions on VJ if you have difficulty understanding..

Sarah

This situation seems strange to me

One could only speculate, but it is my suspicion that OP is Moroccan herself... And as we know, they sometimes do things differently than we might.

am a woman married to a Moroccan. For two years.

I want to send an invitation to my husband to visit me.

Can he get a visa?

Please advise me, please?

You have asked this question before and received similar answers. No need to keep asking the question in new posts.

It will be difficult for your husband to get a tourist visa. Your best course of action would be for you to petition for him to immigrate with a CR1 visa. If you are comfortable following the Guides here on VisaJourney you can do it yourself. If not, it may be helpful to find someone (a friend or family member) to assist you.

And I noticed u said u haven't seen eachother in 2 yrs? that may be an issue with applying for the CR1 (marriage visa) also. And as it has been said...a visitor's visa for your husband will be pretty much impossible. Best of luck.

Monica :)

After reading through this user's posts, have concluded that this is not the USC wife of a Moroccan, this is a Moroccan husband of a USC posting. Would suggest that the OP get his wife to come on VJ and look at the guides, because, and not to be rude, OP speaks terrible English and doesn't seem to understand replies here, because OP keeps posting the same question repeatedly.

That would make a lot of sense.
