You are legally married, correct? Nevertheless, it is difficult to get a tourist visa from Morocco, whether you are married or not. The fact that you are married suggests to the government that he would want to immigrate here to be with you. They will not give him a tourist visa to visit, because they will suspect he will want to stay. To stay, you need to petition him for CR1.

Many people would like to have their spouse or fiance visit from Morocco. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to do this, because Morocco is considered a high-fraud country. It is difficult to prove to them that he will return to Morocco, especially since his wife is here.

If you need help understanding what the guides say, you should have someone help you. Otherwise, get a good immigration lawyer in your area. Lawyers are expensive though. Will cost you $2000 or so to have them do it.

Why don't you go visit him in Morocco? It'd be easier and cheaper. As opposed to getting him here on a visit visa.

I too find it rather strange that you are married to your husband for two years. And you seem to not want to be in a family. Pardon me for saying but is this one of those open-ended marriage?

i pay immigration men i swear but it was not real office is focus and they toook my money and i spend time waiting for dos answer but i found is not good one

There is no more K3, you can file the CR1. It will take anywhere from 6 to 10 months.

He won't get a tourist visa. No. Forget about even bothering to try. A CR-1 visa will take 6-9 months on average. It is in immigrant visa and your husband would receive a greencard upon entering the US. Or as someone else said, you could go to Morocco to visit him, it's cheap to fly there this time of year. But it doesn't matter what you tell the consulate, or how long you've been married, he won't be issued a visitor visa. They're not easy to get. Sorry.

It won't look good that he applied for a tourist visa. You have to visit him.

Sorry, I am not familiar with any lawyers in this state. All that I can do is google it. But, I agree that if you can get someone to help you, a friend, you can apply by yourself and save yourself the money.
