The first thing that should happen is that all the thousands of Canadian FEDERAL civil servants who currently occupy office towers in Hull (recently renamed Gatineau, but still Hull to me) will be relocated back across the river to Ottawa, where they belong. Moving half the federal government to Hull was a sop back in the Trudeau era intended to keep Quebec happy. Along with building Mirabel airport. Not that any of that ever did any good.

I would then expect a reclamation of Canadian assets, both civilian and military. I would hope then that the Canadian government would make a prerequisite to any further treaties would be that everything in Quebec needs to be in english and french, as it is in Canada
