Congrats!!!

Did you follow the "time" of your appointment or did you go first thing and stand in line??

We both got there early - I was there 6:50, Canadiandggal arrived next at 7:00. When the doors opened at 7:30, there were still only 4-5 people in line.

I-130 was approved in 56 days from NOA1 date.

2010-04-02: Received DS-3032 & AOS Fee Bill (e-mail)

2010-04-03: Paid AOS Fee online

2010-04-15: Received EP confirmation e-mail

2010-04-27: Sent I-864 package by e-mail

2010-04-27: Paid IV Fee Bill

Big congratulations to you both!

Out of curiosity, for what time did you guys schedule your interviews? I foolishly scheduled mine for 9:00am, and according to the "rules", I shouldn't arrive before 8:30am...

2010-07-16 : Packet 3 Sent (6 weeks later, so it skews the time line a bit)

2010-07-22 : Packet 3 Logged

2010-09-07 : Packet 4 Sent

2010-09-14 : Packet 4 Received

My self-scheduled interview (DCF) was for 8:30. I still got there for 6:50, was out almost at my scheduled interview time.

Interviewer said that I was her first interview of the day, and that I must have gotten there early, I said 6:50 and she was like 'wow, that's early'.

Get there as early as possible. They don't go according to appointment, its first come first serve. Forget the rules and make sure you're there just before 7:30, thats when they open the doors.
