how can I get in touch with NVC mailroom staff?

Ok, VJers,

here's my situation: my case was expedited at NVC, when the expedite was approved, my docs (DS230 package and AOS package) were already on their way to NVC! therefore they have sent my file to the embassy without these IMPORTANT DOCS!! I have been calling NVC, and different operators told me that whatever is sent to NVC will be forwarded to the Embassy! BUT, they also said that it doesnt show on the system that they have received the docs!! so the docs must be in the mailroom still!! I'm very sure of that since USPS tracking shows that the docs were delivered by Oct 12th and Oct 15th!!! I want to get in touch with the MAILROOM SUPERVISOR or something! can any one help me get an email address or anything?? this is urgent! please help if you can

YOU CAN'T. Wait until NVC get in touch with you for the missing documents.

Id give the NVC a call and ask them what to do if you are really concerned, it may put your mind at rest.

yeh i been callin nvc 3 times a day! they keep sayin the same answer, some even deny they received any docs!!! some just told me to be patient and wait til the docs get processed! i just have to give it like another week or somethin, thank you though

Are you speaking to a Supervisor or the operator that picks up?

If the docs you sent are on the way to the embassy abroad, they NOT NVC will go over your entire application and required documentation...

I spoke to the operator! I dont think they know much huh! how can they transfer me to a supervisor?

I hope that the docs are on the way to the embassy, but I think they are still in the NVC mailroom, cuz I have been tracking packages to Tunisia and there was nothing

I am in the same situation you were in! My exp. was approved today! But NVC does not show my AOS packet in their system! I know it was recieved on 11/26 because of USPS conformation. Did you ever figure out how to contact the mailroom? Or get your documents out of the mail room???

Don't worry about it. When they get to your package, they'll forward it to the Embassy. Call NVC operator around the time you expect your package to be opened and ask them if a package was forwarded to the Embassy. They should be able to tell you whether or not a package was forwarded to the Embassy.
