Is anybody else having trouble signing into your account? All the aprovals and I cant even check mine :-( to see if touched. I can check my case status with the wac number but when I sign in I get the following error message

Sign-in to My Account

Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

•Login failed. Your User ID and/or Password are invalid.

•Multiple duplicate SRs already exist for the customer

I even changed my password but no luck with the sign in

Your petition might have already been approved! I knew somebody here who is a K1 June filer who just got her noa2 today.

About the problem with your account, I've never experienced that nor new someone who has the same issue. Maybe you should try creating a new account. If that doesn't help, then consider calling the USCIS customer service line.

Thanks for the responce. I did some reading on old VS post and the way to solve the problem is to create a new account with a new email address. I did this and it is working all is good again. Did not get approved yet but am confident that will in a few days :-)

Also your password expires after 90 days...they usually e-mail you when it is about to expire.

You're welcome. I'm glad it's working properly now. Hope you'll get approved soon. Still waiting on mine :)

Oh and yes, you have to renew your password when the website asks you to.
