Hello, guys

It is the first time to post.

I have a problem filiing I-864 with my husband.

I have a quick question.

My husband(us citizen) has three years of tax report qualifying

I-864EZ. However, he quit his job three month ago and he got another job lately. So, he does not have 6 monts of payroll stubs(only three months from old work recent).

But, excluding three months of unemployment, his income

(this year from old work+ his new salary at a new job-he just started it, so he will only have two weeks of pay stubs) still meet the poverty line.(125%). I think he also got two weeks of unemployment government insurance, but without this unemployment income, his payroll stubs from previous

work is almost over 125% and if we calculate based on a new job, he will well over the poverty line.

I wonder if we can file it as I-864 or if we need a co-sponsor.

If we can do WITHOUT co-sponsor, should we file it as i-864EZ or I-864

If you can help me out, please.......

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE
