IMO i think there making more of it cuz she is muslim she is 6. If a girl "dacked" a boy for saying she was ugly, she would have been told, that hitting is not the way things are handled and that would have been the end of it. but because she is muslim she was banned? I think if anything they should have both been punished, harrassing should not be accepted.

In Australia the term "dacks" is used for pants. Not often, but it's a known term.

To DACK someone is to pull their pants down. So she pulled his pants down... I assume to embarrass him of course, that's usually why you'd do it.

And I agree the only reason this is in the paper is because she's muslim.

So the girl was justified for her assault? Or the punishment for the assault was prejudice?

I would say no on both counts. The article was incomplete but I would guess the taunter was at least talked to about that inappropriate behavior.
