i am feelin so happy right now. When i woke up this morning i checked the immigration site and it says our 129-F petition is approved and they mailed a notice on Oct. 19, 2010. So does that mean that we are receiving the NOA2 in the next couple of days?

This is amazing, i even cried when i saw that post decision activity and texted my fiance right away cause he is still at work this time. VJ friends, im really hoping to get info from you guys! and for those who are still waiting, just keep on praying and have faith! God knows what your heart desires!

Yep, you'll be receiving the NOA2 in the mail any day now! Please update your timeline for the benefit of the membership. :)

thanks!

so what is next? how do we get that interview date and medical exam date?

You may want to familiarize yourself with the K1 flowchart...it explains how and when things happen: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow

Also, it wouldn't hurt to brush up on the guide, too. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?autocom=custom&page=k1guide

Your fiance will need to go for a medical soon and will receive packet 3 in the mail from his/her nearest US embassy (or consulate). I'm not sure if he/she needs their embassy case # to schedule the medical, but I would think so. So if you want to take things easy, you can just wait for packet 3. Otherwise, I'd head on over to your regional forum to get a better idea of how things will work with that particular consulate.
