Thanks loto,, I can't believe they will not give my wife the original marriage cert! they need both of us. i am planning on to fly out by next week!

Also do you know what happens if i don't submit the required evidence on time? hopefully they will not dismiss my case..

I really don't know what happens if you don't respond to the bureaucratic office for your RFE on time.

It is HIGHLY recommended to respond on time or get extension through your congress person or USCIS person.

I really don't know what happens if you don't respond to the bureaucratic office for your RFE on time.

It is HIGHLY recommended to respond on time or get extension through your congress person or USCIS person.

Anyone have any suggestions? Also what is the address to respond to RFE?
