You can follow the NVC process by reading the EZGuideSpouse shortcuts.

You can't send the DS-230 if the IV fee bill is not paid. So pay that online first and then print out the DS-230 and send it to the NVC with all the necessary documents. If you already paid the AOS fee bill then you can send the I-864 and documents to the NVC. If not, then you need to pay it first.

Average published waiting time for an NOA2 approval notice is 5 months. Most of the veterans suggest that if you do not hear anything after 180 days, contact USCIS.

Actual complete processing times (from filing the I-130 and I-129F + NVC + US Embassy) varies, depending on where the non-USC spouse is from, among many other factors.

any one to tell us how much time to be togather

help please

Oh so you are an IR1/CR1 applicant?

You may need to request for the moderators to move your post to the IR1/CR1 discussion board. And it would be helpful if you updated your profile so that other members can be able to help you better, especially if you will need region-specific answers.

sorry, but can i send the I864 although i didnt receive the istuctions from nvc or wait until they send me what i have to do. the online payment shows the aos statu paid.

The USCitizen Spouse should really follow through with this mini-how-to --> http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/221785-ds-3032-slowdown/page__view__findpost__p__3560467

K-3 visa filers don't 'play' at NVC -
