:D Hey guys just want to share this news that we already have our NOA2 by snail mail last saturday * August 19, 2006..:-) PRaise GOd for all the blessings!!! GOd is good all the time!!!

January 17, 2011 Sent petition I-130 for my mother
February 14, 2011 Approved petition from the USCIS (Vermont)
March 02, 2011 Received letter from NVC
March 05, 2011 Payment cleared
March 06, 2011 sent the DS3032 via email to NVC
March 09, 2011 received confirmation regarding the Choice of Agent
March 10, 2011 received the IV Fee invoice via email
March 16. 2011 sent check via USPS
March 18, 2011 received e-mail regarding the IV Fee payment and the package for AOS
March 25, 2011 sent the supporting docs for AOS (DS-230 and Civil Docs)
April 15, 2011 received RFE
May 11, 2011 Case Completed
May 27, 2011 Received E-mail from NVC about the INterview Date
July 6, 2011 Interview Date

I mailed our I-129F 3 days after you did, and all I have to show for it is my USPS return mail receipt! But that is an absolutely awesome turnaround time even for Vermont! :thumbs:

I think Vermont is good all the time... :lol:

  • February 12, 2007 Abu Dhabi Interview SUCCESS!!! February 14 Visa in hand!

  • MARCH 14, 2007 WE ARE MARRIED!!!
  • May 5, 2007 Sent AOS/EAD packet
  • May 11, 2007 NOA1 AOS/EAD
  • June 7, 2007 Biometrics appointment
  • June 8, 2007 first post biometrics touch, June 11, next touch...
  • August 1, 2007 AOS Interview! APPROVED!! EAD APPROVED TOO...
  • August 6, 2007 EAD card and Welcome Letter received!
  • August 13, 2007 GREEN CARD received!!! 375 days since mailing the I-129F!

    Remove Conditions:

  • May 1, 2009 first day to file
  • May 9, 2009 mailed I-751 to USCIS CS

Congrats on the NOA2. :dance:

How ever it looks like you were just getting the NOA2 from the petition sent this past March acording to your past posts, and it crossed in the mail with the I-129F you sent August 1. I sent a Petition July 31 and dont expect any action out of VSC until late October.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

How ever it looks like you were just getting the NOA2 from the petition sent this past March acording to your past posts, and it crossed in the mail with the I-129F you sent August 1. I sent a Petition July 31 and dont expect any action out of VSC until late October.

We didnt get any result from that.... and besides we just got back together last july so we sent another k1 package to them and this time we were also surprised because of the fast turn over of our case... ANd i think there's also 2 couples who got the same turn over from there recent submission of K1 to vermont... the other one i guess was within 12days...Neeway whatever happened to our case I thank GOd for the fast approval and I hope u guys get your approval soon.

It still looks like your March I-129F packet was what you got NOA2 on. According to USCIS website they are just processing cases with receipt date of April 03, 2006. So that makes late March the likely time frame. (4-5 months to Adjudication of I-129F Petitions)

Oh well from what I know the case number that they have given us is from the AUgust 1 package that we went, because they received it on AUgust 3 and even the NOA1 date is on AUgust 7 so i guess that's where they based there approval,,, if the March petition was the basis then we should have gotten diffirent NOA1 date and receipt right??Well whatever the case maybe, IM glad that by God's grace we already have the NOA2 and I pray that you will get yours soon.

If you have read some post there are recent submission as well that were approved within 12days so that doesnt make our petition way overboard. BUt i do really feel you guys as with the waiting period., but just hang on you will have yours too sooon!!
