Hi, I'm just checking on this since I've read conflicting information. Exactly how many original signed copies of the G325A form do we need for each person? I was planning on submitting the one-page signed form, attachments with my previous address/employment info, and the labeled passport style photo of me. My fiance will also submit all these items with his info. Is that ok? Or do we need to make 4 copies of everything? I was under the impression it was just one original signed copy per person that was needed? Thanks so much for your advice, I would love to submit by the end of this week!

Yeah only one for you and your fiance have fun !!!!

The old form was a 4 page form with each page being 99.99% identical, so back then one submitted the four page form, one each for you and them.

Now the form is 1 page and you submit for each.
