Just because they are good for one year doesn't prove that she didn't get in trouble from now until the interview. So basically she could get arrested, but hey!, this paper is good for one year! Look at the paper! I haven't been in trouble... See where I am going with this?

Pretty sure if the benefiary has a clean police record, nothing will be mentioned.

We are at 3 & a half months almost. CSC looks to be processing applications from the last week of August now which is good news.

Hope they keep it up!

03/24/2011 - Fiance received Packet 3 (already sent out)

04/27/2011 - Interview - Approved!

05/09/2011 - Visa Received

I think it's safe to assume that you will be waiting for the full 5 months and hopefully not longer than 6 months :blink:

I think it's safe to assume that you will be waiting for the full 5 months and hopefully not longer than 6 months :blink:

I can't wait for them to start approving petitions from us October filers :) If CSC keeps doing a good job maybe pretty soon we get lucky and have that NOA2!!!
