March 18, 2011 - NVC forwarded our case to the Montreal Consulate....NOT where we wanted it to go!
March 25, 2011 - Email from Montreal saying that our case would be forwarded to Vancouver - only took one night for a reply from them smile.png

April 6, 2011 - Received Packet 3 via email - now just waiting on my police certificate.

It's only been a few weeks but I've already been obsessively checking statistics and making up weird formulas to justify why our application will be approved sooner than the norm. haha help! :bonk:

Today I received our I129F which returned to us in the mail, rejected. Reason, address not provided on part B.

So I went through it, clearly noted is "*see attachment"....on the attachment there is a hmmmmmmm complete address!!

Morons!!! I was so mad I was seeing RED!! Funny that they reconized the rest of the information on the attached sheet. So, I will add a nice little note when I send my packet back on Monday. Sweetness gets us farther, right?!

I was excited to find out that we now have a case number and I already made an account on the USCIS site. Yay!! Here is for a NOA1 at the end of the week!!!

Haha I figure that since CSC has been slow for so long, that it's definitely going to change and pick up for us ;)

:o Oh man, I can't even begin to understand how frustrating that would be! It's one thing for it to take longer because of our own mistakes, it's completely another thing for it to be because of their incompetence. I hope they're smarter through the rest of your process!

Good luck everyone! I sent the I-129F package on October 19th and it made it to Texas on the 21st. Checked hasn't been cashed and I haven't received any info other than the delivery confirmation, so I'm just trying to relax and keep calm. :)

Oct. 19, 2010: Sent I-129F packet

Oct. 25, 2010: NOA1

Nov. 05, 2010: Touched

Mar. 01, 2011: Went to Malaysia to be with my fiancé

Mar. 30, 2011: NOA2!

Apr. 08, 2011: Case left NVC

Apr. 12, 2011: Case received by embassy in KL

Apr. 19, 2011: Received Packet 3

May 04, 2011: Received Packet 4

May 06, 2011: Medical examination

May 26, 2011: Interview

RESULT: Administrative Processing

Jun. 18, 2011: Visa received

The packet was recieved in TX Tues 10/26 and was hoping to get our NOA1 today. So far no such luck...I'm going crazy!!

So I wonder if I will be in the November group now....hmmmmm.

My finace filed October 29 2010 and we're now waiting for the confirmation message from them. I'm a very patient person but this one seems to be the longest wait I'll be having in my entire life and its starting to drive me crazy. :lol: LOL I constantly check my fiance's e-mail and always ask him if he gets the text message.. I think I need a chill pill. :lol: Anyway I'm glad it's filed and we're praying for the speedy journey but if not we dont have choice but to wait. :D Good luck to all of us! (L) (L) (L)

Hello!

We mailed ours on 10/22. I received the email and text on 10/29 and our check was cashed on 11/1. Unfortunately, it isn't showing up on their website. I've been told that many people never have theirs show up until it's been accepted. I wonder if it's the California Service Center in particular that has this happen.

Here's wishing everyone luck on a fast and smooth and process! I'm hoping for a July 1st POE, anyone else have a date they are hoping for? Hard to plan anything without knowing when.
