Another 10-21 got approved. I guess 21 is the lucky number for october.

10/01/2010 - NOA1

12/17/2010 - Engagement!

12/17/2010 - I visited England

03/04/2011 - NOA2

03/17/2011 - Consulate Received

03/21/2011 - Packet 3 Mailed to London

03/23/2011 - Medical

03/24/2011 - Fiance received Packet 3 (already sent out)

04/27/2011 - Interview - Approved!

05/09/2011 - Visa Received

05/09/2011 - Flight

Yes, a minuscule bit happier. While I am very happy for those who have gone after us and approved before us, I am very unhappy that USCIS can't even come close to processing petitions in the order that they were received. :angry:

Ugh I know!!! It's just sad.

ditto! almost no october filers approved for the week. that's just sad :( The latest Oct 21 approval had problems with their packet initially being lost and needing senator intervention. It's not even a regular approval :(

2011-03-24: NOA2!!! :)

2011-04-08: Case arrived at Embassy ( tracked through DHL)

2011-04-11/12: Medical at St Lukes

2011-04-25: INTERVIEW :) Earliest slot available online is May 6, called to see if there is an earlier date. Got Apr 25 :)

2011-05-11: POE at LAX Airport

2011-06-25: We got married!

2011-08-02: AOS/ AP/ EAD filed

2011-08-09: AOS NOA1

2011-09-06: Biometrics Appointment

2011-10-20: AOS Interview @ Detroit USCIS

May 06, 2011: Medical examination

I'm an october filer too and I'm really frustrated to see jan/feb petitions approved!! I mean, it's not fair!! I don't understand why they are leaving october petitions behind...I really hope to get some good news soon... :wacko: good luck to all of you!

Yay, it's a work day again! I leave for Malaysia tomorrow so I am busy packing and making last minute copies of my initial packet + packet 3 stuff (since I will be out of the US). At least I will be kept busy today + tomorrow, then on the plane for 2 days. :lol: It will be nice to see my fiancé again after 6 months. I am sure it's been longer than 6 months for some of you, though :(

Here's to hoping CSC approves October filers like crazy this week!

that sounds great Elan!! I know the excitement of seeing the person you love once again!! My fiancé is arriving in Argentina next Sunday after almost a year and I can't explain how happy I am!! Have a great time and let's keep our fingers crossed so that more october petitions are approved soon!!
