One of the names on the I-129F is wrong, it has been accepted and we have an opened interview, but I put my fiancees daughters name on there wrong, I added her fathers last name , and his name isn't even on her birth certificate. I feel so stupid, what can I do, I feel like this is going to look weird at the interview.

Am I just freaking out? I tried to call Juarez but they are so rude and unhelpful, I feel like they are going to give us a hassle over this.

Stop worrying. Send your fiance(e) a revised document and have them give it to the CO during the interview so that they have a correct version for their records. This happens all the time and is not a deal-breaker.
