Yes, we can drop it now. No problem. :P

I'm not sure you're understanding what happened here though. As you posted your #12 at 1:56 (my time) I posted simultaneously (1;56) post #13.

I then saw your post #12 and attempted to post a newer post that should have been #14, but my comment was appended to my previous post and the time changed.

This is what #14 should have been (stand alone post):

Ok...let's quickly call this the last post before we post again- simultaneously!

I then did that two more times....Each time I tried to "reply" to my own post to create a newer post it appended the newrer text to my original #13 posting (like an edit) making it appear as one posting....

Very strange indeed. I was not editing the post.

Somethings not right here with the editing features........

You should have your fiance copy her passport whereever it was stamped upon entry into the USA. If I am not mistaken, her passport should have been stamped upon entry into the USA. Boarding passes to back this up would be nice, so ask her to she if she saved any. Though not nearly as good, ask her if she saved a flight itinerary from her travel agency.

You are a step ahead of some people because you met and lived together in the USA. Notorized copies of a lease or school records will be easy for you to get.

In the end, all you can do is gather everything you have and hope for the best.

K1 Visa Process long ago and far away...

02/09/06 - NOA1 date

12/17/06 - Married!

AOS Process a fading memory...

01/31/07 - Mailed AOS/EAD package for Olga and Anya

06/01/07 - Green card arrived in mail

Removing Conditions

03/02/09 - Mailed I-751 package (CSC)

03/06/09 - Check cashed

03/10/09 - Recieved Olga's NOA1

03/28/09 - Olga did biometrics

05/11/09 - Anya recieved NOA1 (took a call to USCIS to take care of it, oddly, they were helpful)

just curious, where is this list of what is considered primary/secondary evidence? just starting to panic a bit again and would like to check it out

Dont panic ok its the worst thing you can do cause thats when you make mistakes.

I'm sure you will get to where you want to get if your intentions are good and honest and thats all they need to be...

i know this is a very stupid question...but i just need to obtain as many proof as i can.

please share with me what proof you guys have included in your petition?

thank you in advance

so far i have a join-bank account with my fiancee, a expedia.com itineary, internatinal phone bill, couple pictures, 1800flowers.com receipt....since she used to work in USA, i also have couple of her pay stub.

please give me some suggestion if u have one...thanks again

The expedia itinerary is not adequate proof of travel. Visa stamps, boarding passes, luggage tags showing date/name/airport do show actual travel.

Proof I supplied with I-129F:

Notarized (notarized as true and accurate copy) copy of passport showing first page and visa stamp page.

Several photos of us together (put date and location on back)

Photo of us with her aunt at dinner with receipt showing 3 meals with 1 senior discount for her aunt

Photo of us with her aunt at karoake with receipt from karoake place

Hotel receipts, dining receipts, shopping receipts

copies of boarding passes, luggage tags, ticket receipt

Hi loongphang,

I sent 30 pictures but I am an extremist, copy of all the pages in my passport, boarding pass/stubs, telephone and cellular bills (international telephone calls), internet calling, e-mails (hers and mine), wire transfers, money exchange receipts, hotel statements, credit cards statements, engagement ring receipt, and other stuff I can not even remember.

If you do not have boarding passes and other things like that, you can get them from your credit card bank if you paid by credit cards. If you flew through a big airline (American Airline, etc) you can get receipts from them.

Good luck,

The logical answer would be that there would then only be boarding passes for 1 person. It does not matter who does the traveling.
