I will say dont buy your tickets yet,if every thing goes well she will get visa within 7-10 days, but who knows whats going to happen, administrative processing is very common with Islamabad emabssy though it is more likely for men than women,AP take round 2-3months or there can be some documents missing which might take extra time,so my advise is dont plan your tickets yet.It will be wise if you book tickets once visa is in your hand, wish you best of luck

Buying plane ticket takes at most 30 seconds. Since you are using VISAJourney, I assume you know how to use the internets. You can buy your ticket from any of the hundreds of travelling site in matter of seconds. So why are you fretting about something that you don't need to fret about? Wait till you get your VISA. Then buy your ticket.
