help with DS230 (F4) pakistan

hi everyone i have 2 questions please this for my sister Ds230 i have most of the documents which she sent me here in US already questoin her husband has Nadra and municipal birth certificates but they have just sent me orignal Nadra one is it ok for DS230 ? he was born in 1965.or i have to get the municipal one for him DS230 . ok my 2nd question my marriege certificate i have a notery copy cuz my wife have sent in orignal already with her mom's ds230. what should i do kinda confuse please help thank u very much for ur time.

the marriage certificate notry copy i did it here in US and its orignal

both things are ok you can use them,notarized marriage certificate is acceptable and Nadra birth certificate is ok as well

HEY BUT on NVC site under birth ceritficate it says if were born before 1970, you have to have municiple birth certificate is that true if somone have had this issue please let me know will be very helpful thank u very much pls reply
