Hey All VJ Family its always easy to get a straight information from u guys thats how actually I need to know something,I heard lately like since I just renewed my Passport "Im the beneficiary".then my Fiance UCS should send scanned pages of my new Passport to the USCIS.to avoid an RFE which can slow the whole process for another month? I need to know ur idea about this and in case if of u passed by the same situation;to clarify actually we are waiting for our case to be approved.

I see from your timeline you haven't yet received NOA2... you should be fine and no copy will be needed. When you get the K1 process you will of course send the copy of your NEW passport. You never send something to USCIS to "add to your file" unless they have specifically requested it. It would never meet your file and you may confuse the issue unnecessarily.

IF your details have changed (such as name, passport number), and IF you were at the visa interview stage and your passport was due to expire then you would want to prepare to send them a copy but you wouldn't do so unless they requested it.

not ever heard anything like this... cannot imagine why...

For a K1 it doesn't really make the most sense. If they were a CR-1 they might if their name had changed. In my case I just changed my passport to my married name and my passport number is now different so if I were a CR-1 i'd expect to send them a copy (when they asked or at the visa stage) to update me in their system.. but for a K1 it doesn't make sense unless your were at the visa stage and your passport was due to expire (the whole needing to have a set number of months validity on your passport thing..)
