Hi everyone!

Newest question on our minds...(I am friend of future bride & groom doing all the investigating & paperwork)

So far we have recieved NOA1...now we wait, but,

Now here is the question, Beneficiary & children are in Mexico on Cozumel Island (notoriously bad mail delivery...lets just say nothing will arrive...EVER!)

So once the petition is approved and we recieve the NOA2 here in the USA I understand the petition is forwarded to the US Consulate in Cd. Juarez Mexico.

Are they going to send something to Fiancee on Cozumel Island?

What if it never arrives? (cuz I am telling you...IT WILL NEVER ARRIVE!)

Can we bring all papers to her from what I assume will be a similar NOA2 sent to US petitioner to her from USA since we are going along to Cd. Juarez interview?

Can everything be gotten on line? such as forms & required info?

This is the part that has been confusing to me...

I have no worries about approval or proving relationship...mostly just worried about her being notified by mail from US Consulate in Mexico.

Anyone have experience with the foriegn fiancee never recieving the Packet from consulate?

How did you handle it?

Thanks in advance, Kim

I think the OP is referring to receiving Packet 3. Do you receive P3 by email? or via post?

Thank you!!!!!! that is exactly what I was hoping to hear!

I never received a copy of NOA2 but then i'm from Aus so it's probably different.

P3 I received via email. I don't know if Mexico does but usually SOME forms are available online, but the interview letter and medical stuff.. I hope someone from Mexico can answer whether that's via email or regular mail.

So basically if the foreign fiancee never recieves anything in the mail, the USA fiancee will recieve copies etc. and therefore is able to print stuff online, access all forms required & bring to foreign fiancee?

Is this correct?

Is Packet 3 all the papers you need to take to your consulate interview?

For ME in Australia, I only ever received anything by email leading me to links online to print the forms myself.

My husband (then fiance) received the NOA1 and NOA2 stuff in the actual mail.

P3 for ME was stuff I had to post to the consulate, and then I received and email with a short list of additional stuff for the interview.

Every country is different though. Hope someone from Mexico can help you. Have you looked here: http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?letter=M under the Mexico list?
