I know that the filling fee for form I-130 is $355 now. But is it per form submitted or per person in the form? For example, I am a US citizen now, and I fill out form I-130 for my sister. She has a husband and two sons. So the cost will be $355 or $355 x 4 ???

Thank you!

No, You would ONLY pay the $355.00 WHY you might ask... it's because the I-130 is ONlY used to approve a FAMILY relationship... so if you were to fill out the I-130 for your sister's husband then there would be no options on the form to choose from. The same goes for your nephews.. and would be rejected or denied and fees maybe lost.

USC or LPR cannot file for anyone but a child any age (or step*), parents, spouse... that's it!

When the NVC stage comes aorund though if the current fee stay $404.00 which i highly doubt THEN you would be $404.00 X 4 as each person must pay the visa fee.

Hope this answered all your questions.. any other just let us know.
