Hi All,

I post here because we are going to file the CR-1 visa.Let me tell you the brief of my case. I filed the I-751 waiver and got interview last January 2010, and still waiting for the final decision from the immigration. At this time, I got (re)married to my American husband after a 2 year-divorced and my case still pending with the immigration.

If I got the negative decision, we will file the spouse visa right away. My question following,

1. On I-130 form, question #16, What should I check in the box about my case? I am not sure about it just one more than one?

What the different between: (I'm guessing it either removal or judicial proceeding or maybe both)

- Removal

- Exclusion/Deportation (Guessing this is not my case)

- Rescission (guessing this is removal of a visa and not my case)

- Judicial Proceeding

2. Should I hire any lawyer to work on my CR-1 case if I got negative decision on my I-751 waiver?

Thanks in advance,
