My husband (petitioner) meets all the requirements for the I-864EZ (AOS) form. I haven't seen much information on this around VJ. Does anyone have experience with using this form?

Also, for the 2009 tax year my husband filed married jointly (stating that I am a nonresident alien), should we include a copy of my ITIN along with the last 3 years of W-2s/IRS tax transcipts?

Met in 2004 at a Dave Matthews Band concert, started dating November 2005, engaged February 2009 and married November 14, 2009. Together in the US on March 19th 2011

Use the tax transcripts for the past three years and you should be fine. Also the transcript will show that he filed married jointly.

He got that done as well. So just submitting the letter and the 3 years of tax transcripts is good? Just wondering if we should include 6 months of pay stubs and W-2s as well....

If you include transcripts, you don't need to include actual copies of tax returns. If you do include the tax return, you have to include all the W2's and 1099INT, 1099DIV, documents if applicable. Keep this in mind.

If you qualify, it's much simpler to use. The supporting documentation for income is the same as for the I-864, so transcripts OR complete returns and a pay stub OR employer letter.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
Understanding the big picture is priceless. Anonymous
