Hey

I was wondering if any can help me i have a few Question .

My wife and i filed out of i-130 in May 12 and we are still waiting for NOA2

is there anything We can do to make our this process go faster .?

Although the processing time says 5 months, outside of the processing time is 31 days past the 5 months. Hang in there, it is coming. My Noa2 came about 13 days after what I calculated as 5 months.

Hang up man,,, I believe we all will heard something this coming week. My NOA1 dated by May 6, 2010,,, on Oct. 13, I get first touch and on Oct. 14 I get second touch and it was 159 days,,, So, I am praying that Monday the 18 th of Oct. I got my approval, So, Don't worry, God Wrot Good Thing For All Of Us

We filed our I-130 last March 26, 2010 and we got the NOA2 last September. I guess you still have to wait for at least a month. Don't worry! Be happy... -)

September 2007 - We started chatting

January 11, 2008 - He visited me here in Philippines

January 18,2008 - Our engagement ceremony

July 14,2008 - his 2nd time here in Philippines

August 08,2008 - Our WEDDING

August 2008- December 15 2009 - We lived together here in Philippines.

December 15, 2009 - He went back in Colorado ( my saddest moment)

March 27, 2010 - I-130 sent

April 09, 2010 - NOA1 received

September 18, 2010 - NOA2 received ( major major happiness )

October 04, 2010 - NVC received / case number assigned

October 08, 2010 - Received AOS bill

October 11, 2010 - AOS bill paid

October 15, 2010 - AOS status "paid"

October 22, 2010 - IV- bill received

October 23, 2010 - IV bill paid

October 27, 2010 - IV bill status "paid" DS-230 packet sent

December 01 - 02, 2010 - Medical exam ( passed)

December 17, 2010 - NVC case complete! -)

February 01, 2010 - Interview ( 8:30 AM)

Our NOA1 date was April 29, 2010. We still haven't heard a word...I finally got through to someone at USCIS the other day and he said our file was in initial review, that the five month processing time was just an estimate, and they were still processing files from March (which is true if you look at the timeline) He was being helpful, looked everything up for me, and told me if we don't hear anything in another 30 days to call back. So that's what I'll do....

This statistic was supplied in response to another thread I made about my case moving to the next stage.. USCIS is quoting 5 months possibly 150 days.. The OP is at 158 days now..since other May filers are starting to get their notices, I would not panic until you hear about the June filers getting theirs... but that is me...

Stress is very unhealthy...

Oct. 28th will be the fifth month since the CSC received out i130 and as of today there's no changes in our case since it was updated last June 18th. The VJ estimated that our i130 will be adjudicated between Nov. 6th-12th. Hard to say but i have to expect the unexpected. It could be sooner or later. *sigh* Just wait for a few days. I knew someone from another forum who filed last first week of April but didn't receive the noa2 yet. Oh well, hope we'll all get approvals very soon!

hi candaceman same here.i cant do anything at all..its 169 days..there is nothing from them i dont know what the hell is going on...i am realy sad sooo sad my wife is going to have operation in the december i dont know what to do anymore..we havent seen to eah other since 6 monts...when she get operation she can not travel for along time ...cuz she has to work also..i am here going crazy...i miss her alot tell me whats the specialty of us why they don t approve us ....i am thinking what did i do to god why this is so hard to wait....please dont know what to do anymore..we are calling the uscis they got our complain and they said call us after 45 days ...what is this... whats this meaning...anytime we call them its difference..once we called them they said until november 3 that we might receive our paper..what is this tell me.anytime something else all they do thats just to make it long......they dont know how much my wife need me in the usa... i am sure that they have never felt this way...if they are they realy could understand us....i miss her alot ...... i pray god everyday to make me strong...be patiant ...but until where..that i can stand ....i want to scream all the world...just tell them how much i miss my wife....this not equal for human....i just wants to be with my wife thats it....i will bring my wife here with me in the turkey...i cant stand...just a little bread and water..i can live with that...i will do that just wants my to have operation first......
