I believe you're too late. You had to opt-in after getting your case numbers and giving your email addresses in. You send in an opt-in email along with the DS-3032. Since you've already done that and paid your fees, the only way you can send in documents now is by snail mail.

CHECK THE WIKI ? http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Electronic_Processing

If all you have done is pay fees, then yer ok to OPT IN

If you have sent in the DS-3032 prior,

is still OK to OPT IN.

IF no other documents were SENT to NVC, yer ok.

IF you've sent documents (I-864, DS-230) to NVC already,

it's still possible to opt in, but you (the petitioner, actually) must talk with an NVC Supervisor, first.

Good Luck !

Heya Thanks for the replies

Darnell we haven't yet filled out and sent the next parts (1-864 and DS230) yet. My husband sorta freaked out today that on the bottom of the 1-864 form it expires at the end of the month. I'm not sure what it means but im guessing its just to update with a new form, but he is a big worrier.

So to opt in do we just email the NVC and say we want to Opt in or? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Thanks

Audrey

To successfully OPT IN

YOU (The Beneficiary)

MUST

send in the OPT IN Email.

Please review the WIKI instructions for how to create the OPT IN EMAIL

and then

when yer ready, when you understand it (subject, body, attachment)

send it in via email.

OPT IN and payment is parallel process.

I pray you understand 'parallel' ...

Good Luck !
