Hi Everyone,

We're headed out to Kinkos shortly to get our passport photos taken for my AOS package. However, I've read conflicting reports of how many photos are needed of each person (the USC and the beneficiary). Can any successful filers (or anyone else) please let me know exactly how many photos we need of the USC and the beneficiary?

Thanks,

Zach

You will need 2 photo's of the beneficary for the I-485, 2 for the I-765 and 2 for the I-131. No photos of the USC are required.

The OP is adjusting based on a visa other than a K visa by filing an I-130 and the I-130 (like our k1) requires one photo of the USC and one of the beneficiary. Bringing the total to 7 of the immigration (2 for AOS, 2 for EAD, 2 for AP, 1 for I-130), 1 of the USC (for I-130)
