Hi folks. Glad my list is useful. As you can see from my timeline, I was approved without sending any pictures of us, so it can be done. I sent the strongest evidence I had, and pictures was not part of it.

Crazielady - yep just a copy of GC, no passport copy needed.

Dear USCIS Examiner:

1. Enclosed please find a JOINT I-751 petition for removal of conditions of permanent resident status regarding my wife, MXXXX KXXXX-BXXXXX.

2. Please also find a check for $205.00 for this form and a separate check for $70.00 for Biometrics.

3. My wife entered the US on a CR-1 visa on April 8, 2006. Enclosed please find a copy of her permanent resident card.

4. My wife and I are happily living together since April 8, 2006, and request that the enclosed joint petition be accepted to removal of conditions on the residence of my wife, MXXXX KXXXX-BXXXX.

5. Enclosed also please find the following documents attached to the Affidavit of JXXXX D. HXXXXX to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

a. Our 2004 joint tax return (covered by IRS issued tax transcript).

b. Our joint lease for our premises at 4210 XXXX, XXX, FL 34685, including the recent extension executed in or about December 2006.

c. Our 2005 joint tax return (covered by IRS issued tax transcript).

d. Bank Statements for our joint checking account at Wachovia Bank.

e. Telephone bills that show MXXXX’s name listed as the account holder at our 4210 Eagle Watch Blvd. premises.

f. Our car title showing joint ownership of the vehicle.

g. Our joint insurance policy for the car reflected in subparagraph (F).

h. A letter from my employer stating that MXXXX is my 100% beneficiary under my accidental death and disability policy, and other company benefits.

i. A beneficiary statement for my Great West Annuity contract held through my Schwab investment account. It shows MXXXXX as my 100% beneficiary.

j. Beneficiary statements for three (3) separate retirement accounts held in my name. They all show MXXXX as my 100% beneficiary.

k. Medical, dental and prescription insurance documentation that all reflect MXXXX KXXXX-BXXX as being my covered dependent-spouse.

l. Copies of a few boarding passes showing the last few trips we have taken together, although we have taken many more trips together that as are reflected by these few papers.

m. Miscellaneous documents further evidencing the residence or relationship.

You may feel free to inquire at any of the sources of enclosed documentation for validity of their statements, and you are always welcome to visit our home as well. Please advise me if you have any further questions or problems related to this petition by calling me any time at (917) XXXXXX.

03/02/07. Online - Record - Updated (probably for biometrics)

06/04/07. Card Production Ordered (Allow 30 days for delivery)

06/11/07. 10 year card received.

08/01/01. Received Interview Date (September 25)
