is the email sent by the call center agent is ok as my appointment letter to bring for my interview? i haven't received my appointment letter yet from embassy :(

my lawyer bind these documents together, he put a cover letter showing the list of the documents and telling he prepared them for me and signed it. do i have to separate them? cos the consulate might not like how my lawyer prepared them or they won't ask all of them. also should i ask my fiance to send me more latest bank statements? this packet was prepared since july and we waited almost 3 months until i get my interview date cos they misplaced our papers at embassy.

It should be OK. What does the email say? Does the email confirm your appointment?

my lawyer bound these documents together, he put a cover letter showing the list of the documents and telling he prepared them for me and signed it. do i have to separate them? cos the consulate might not like how my lawyer prepared them or they won't ask for all of them.

Chinook separated her documents and put them in simple manila folders. If your documents are in folders, it will be easy to pull out the documents the pre-screener asks for.

also should i ask my fiance to send me his latest bank statements? this packet was prepared in july and we waited almost 3 months until i got my interview date cos they misplaced our papers at embassy.

Yes, make sure to get a more-current bank statement.

G-28...What is this?

Walang anuman! :)

Paystubs are very important. Your fiancé's income tax return and his W-2 are now nine and a half months old. The paystubs show the consul officer that your petitioner has current sustained income. I highly recommend that your petitioner scan and email you three months worth of paystubs.

Manila's weather forecast for this Friday: Pink! :star:

They won't ask for all of your documents. Just a few so there's no need to separate them away. You should if you can but I don't think it's necessary as long as you have your current daily communication printed.

G-28- never heard of this one

g-28 is Notice of Appearance as Attorney (i think its about the lawyer who help us prepare our papers. he put his name, address and signature)

actually he used fastener to bind these together.. so if they gonna ask for my DS-156 alone i assume i have to take it off the binder? i guess they won't accept the whole packet all at once. but i worry that they might think i'm hiding that we used lawyer if i missed to show them the G-28 and cover letter the lawyer prepared for us cos they might not ask me to submit it. (i hope u understand what i try to say. i'm sorry, i'm not so good in english yet)
