Hey Everyone -

Well finally - Interview date is within reach...looking back it felt like it would never get here and now with just a few weeks to go (nov 2) I am starting to panic...and not even sure why!lol

I have been reading others interviews to make sure we have it all together (paperwork forms etc) Is there a thread here somewhere where it's listed...or...?

Also i recall reading months ago...to make sure I got 'some' paper at poe to make the aos go smoother...but i didnt write it down...Can anyone think of anything like that? I believe there was also something that i should have gotten when i did my medical again for the aos process...to ensure i dnt have to do another medical??

At St Lukes you were gioven a medical form for your shots and the status is on it. I believe the form was a 3020 or some similiar number. If you do not have it for the AOS package, you will need to go to a civil surgeon and have then complete the I-693 shot portion of the form and you probably will have to get all shots again and will be very expensive. We had the form from ST Lukes but we went to a civil surgeon and had the shots transferred to the I-693 since the AOS instructions indicated the I-693 was required. Some people do not get a RFE if they only ahve the form from ST Lukes but other do. It is a decision you wiill have to make.
