First of all by filling out DS230, we realized i made mistake on filling wife g-325A form. we got the father's first name wrong, we mistakenly put the middle name when we originally submitted form g-325a with the i30 petition.

1) Form 230: Question 19, we now filled the father's correct first name. Should i fill out new form G-325A and send with the ds230 package. Or should my wife wait, and take updated G325a form, whenever the embassy schedule the interview and tell the officer then about the mistake?

2) Form 230: Question 22, Full address of father doesnt fit. Should i write a little bit like 999 XXX street (See Attached), or should i just put (see attached) only without printing first part of the address?

3) Also, What if we dont know where the father is living at? What if he left and living somewhere else abroad? in that case, should give the regular house address?

4) Form 230: Question 23, asks for deceased parent? if they alive? should i put N/A or leave it blank?

5) Form 230: Question 31A, name who will accompany you to the united states now? does my name (husband) go in there? i will be traveling with my wife. currently im in us, but i will go abroad to bring her back with me. or does that question refers to another intending immigrant? and i should write NONE?

6) Form 230: part 2. question 44. were you assisted in completing this application. i did help my wife fill this application. does it matter if my name is in there? or should i just put no.

7) Ds form 230: question 22. fathers current address. are allowed to answer : same as item 27: which is mothers current address? or is it mandatory to fill it out? its weird cause the mothers address box on computer has more writable space vs the father.

8) one last question: do i send original documents with the ds230 form? or send a copy? and send the original documents to my wife to take it at the interview.

All help would be really appreciated. thanks for reading.

1) Form 230: Question 19, we now filled the father's correct first name. Should i fill out new form G-325A and send with the ds230 package. Or should my wife wait, and take updated G325a form, whenever the embassy schedule the interview and tell the officer then about the mistake? No need for an updated G-325A at all, simply make sure the correct information is on the DS-230 and mention it at the interview if necessary. I did that for my G-325A corrections and it was not an issue.

2) Form 230: Question 22, Full address of father doesnt fit. Should i write a little bit like 999 XXX street (See Attached), or should i just put (see attached) only without printing first part of the address? Can you write it in by hand? Leave it blank and write it in. Otherwise, don't put anything there except 'see attached' and attach the whole thing on a separate sheet, it'll prevent confusion

3) Also, What if we dont know where the father is living at? What if he left and living somewhere else abroad? in that case, should give the regular house address? How do you have a regular address if you don't know where he is living? Simply put 'unknown' and you'll be fine

4) Form 230: Question 23, asks for deceased parent? if they alive? should i put N/A or leave it blank? N/A

5) Form 230: Question 31A, name who will accompany you to the united states now? does my name (husband) go in there? i will be traveling with my wife. currently im in us, but i will go abroad to bring her back with me. or does that question refers to another intending immigrant? and i should write NONE? Typically they mean other immigrants - but you can put the USC husband here if you like.

6) Form 230: part 2. question 44. were you assisted in completing this application. i did help my wife fill this application. does it matter if my name is in there? or should i just put no. They typically mean an organization or lawyer here, you can put your name if you like but it is not necessary

Good luck

just curious to what type of corrections did you make on your g325a? in person.
