Dear Experts

I have applied for I-485 Adjustment of status and I have been scheduled for an AOS interview in HOLTSVILLE, NY at the end of this month.

My question is that my current Passport is due to be expire in about 4 months from today ( mid of February 2011 ) is that going to affect my interview in any way?

Should i just get it renewed just in case or should i not bother as Interview has got nothing to do with passport as far as passport is valid at the time of interview ?

Is there any other tip for AOS Interview....

Thank you in advance

Kind Regards

Moh

Your interview is around the corner and your passport is still valid, why worry?!Let's pass the interview, get the green card and worry about getting your passport renewed later! It will definitely won't affect your AOS interview. Good luck!

Don't worry about it. They actually prefer you bring the passport you entered the U.S. with - they will take out the I-94 when your AOS is approved!
