Dial 1-800-375-5283 then press 1 then press 2 then press 6,dont wait the answering amchine to finish just keep pressing then you will wait. You'll lucky if they will answer you quick. I was on hold for more than 30 mins, just be patient so that you can talk to them. Goodluck!

Just to update my status today i got the NOA2 for my mom, im sooooooooooo happy. I just confused though coz i received twi separate NOA2,is this normal?

excellent news.... Did u file for u dad tooo? If yes then it's normal. I petitioned for my mom and dad their interview is in 1weeek. I can fill u in on the type of questions they might ask.

Yes I filed separately not in the same month, but if it's normal howcome it's my Mom's name in both NOA2?

I'll say this.. if you get the "sealed" envelope then you're good to go..... they would not allow you in the US if the requirements have not been met.
