and how to solve that pesky athlete's foot problem.

Athlete's foot is a very common skin infection of the bottom of the feet caused by fungus. When the feet or other areas of the body stay moist, warm, and become irritated, fungus can thrive and infect the upper layers of the skin. There are so many natural ways to get rid of it. Honey, what most people don't know is that it has the necessary components to produce small amounts of hydrogen peroxide in a slow-release manner. This makes honey an ideal substance to use in the treatment of athleths foot. The slow-release mechanism in honey that produces hydrogen peroxide is a chemical reaction. Honey contains glucose and an enzyme added by honeybees called glucose oxidase. Under the right conditions, glucose oxidase has the ability to break down glucose into hydrogen peroxide. Rub a good amount of raw honey on the infected areas before bedtime and left overnight. Cover the feet with an old socks. Or you can do it at your convenient time. I have tested this myself and proven. I also use some virgin coconut oil (virgin Olive oil for substitute) to keep it moisturized. Coconut oil is very effective against a variety of infections due to its antifungal, antiviral, and antibacterial properties. It is also effective on fungi and yeast that cause candidiasis, ringworm, athlete's foot, thrush, diaper rash, etc. This oil is more than just what you can imagine. I have daily consumption of it orally and apply from head to toe. Another one i can recommend is fresh minced garlic. Use a tub of water big enough for your feet to fit in and fill it with warm water then throw in the minced garlic and soak for 30 minutes or you can just rub the minced garlic into affected areas over a clean towel and live it for a while. You can do this while watching a movie so you'll not be bored or reading your favorite magazine.

Sometimes people who have had antibiotics contract athlete's foot. The antibiotics can compromise the immune system by killing the good bacteria with the bad, leaving the person susceptible to infection. I strongly recommend anyone taking antibiotics to take probiotics supplements! It is estimated that there are several trillion friendly bacteria comprising over four hundred species in the average human gastrointestinal tract. Without the good bacteria, the intestines can't synthesize the B vitamins which help enhance the immune system. To help athlete's foot you should avoid yeast products such as bread and backed goods along with excessive consumption of alcohol and vinegar. Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C and zinc are good supplements to take. For healthy skin Vitamin B complex is important. Fungal growth is inhibited by zinc and the immune system is boosted with Vitamin C. To keep the skin in a good condition you can take Vitamin A and a good antioxidant is Vitamin E.

So Goodluck and Godbless!!! :)

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

There are several factors that can contribute to numbness of the toes. One is just simply poor circulation of the blood, nerve damage or it could be something complicated. I don't exactly know your condition. Maybe your shoes is too tight for you.

Treatment will depend on the underlying cause and what is determined to relieve symptoms. Physical therapy as well as stretching exercises may help alleviate the numbness. You can also try to massage your feet with coconut oil and I know Thailand is well known in very good massage. Elevating parts of your body by putting your legs up while you're lying down. You may try hot compress or having a foot bath in warm water with few drops of peppermint oil.

You are maybe lack in potassium. Eating equal amounts of sodium and potassium is recommended. The key is balance. Eat something rich in potassium like avocado, banana, potatoes, pumpkin, nuts, meat, milk and many more to mention.

Umm.. thanks... but my toes are fine, not numb in the slightest. Read carefully: I'm numb from the toes DOWN.

I do like Thai massages though. Thanks for playing.

What is that?

Something really gross :dead:
