AOC DS-3032 entered into NVC system??

OK, So I emailed our DS-3032 form on October 5th. I called NVC today and the lady told me that it was entered into the System today. My Packet IV bill is still not generated. First she told me it would take 1-2 days for it to be approved. So I asked her if I can pay my packet IV bill on lets say Monday or Tuesday of next week? Then she immediately changed her statement and said I could take 1-2 weeks to be approved.

So just want to ask people here from their experience that how long it takes for IV bill to be generated after DS-3032 is entered into system. What happens after it is entered into system? Does someone actually enters DS-3032 into the system and then someone else goes and takes a look at it to approve it?

Yup. I did not get the confirmation email about DS-3032 being accepted but the bill was generated today (go figure). I'll be mailing out my packet IV on Monday.
