hello,

my friend (filipina) and his boyfriend( american) got married last month. she called me up to help since i told her about this website, she dont know so much about the process of CR1/IR1. her and his boyfriend have meet on chat at yahoo chat. they were chatmates back in 2008 and the guys decided to come over here and marry her. they all have planned the wedding even before the guy came over here. the wedding went fine.. now heres the glitch.. she did not know not until her husband read te VJ websites about the requirements. They were chatting for so long but they did never save even one single conversation they have.. they do send each other couple of emails and cards but just a few. because they chat everyday and talk on yahoo. she is a little worried about the evidences of theyre relationship. i mean the chatlogs they had since 2008 because they never thought they will need those. although they have alot of wedding pictures and proof that the marriage is valid here in the philippines. she was asking me on what to do.. and im posting it here now because i too cannot give her an advice.. will someone help her out.pretty please.. i need your advice as soon as u can.thank u guys..

ps; the girl is 27 years old and filipina. the boy is 25 years old and american. the girl is a registered nurse and the boy works for the government of US. i dont know what govt agency tho... pleas eplease.. so i can call her right away to tell her what you guys think about her situation...

chats are not a requirement. I'm sure he has his bording pass or passport stamp from when he went to her country right? Pictures are good too, e-mails perhaps?

thanks but are u sure? because, it was actually me who told her that she has to have proof that they have courtship and all.lol... so i was wrong... heres what she got.

her boyfriend sends her an e-card.. she told me she has about 100 ecards from her boyfriend,

she also has about 20 snailmail cards from her boyfriend,

and her boyfriend sent a ring to her and ask her to marry him. and they sent each other a shirt. and about 500 wedding pictures., 200 plus engagement pictures, and rougly around 600 pictures together when her boyfriend visited her here. it was their first meeting. and they got married. she also told me, her boyfriend never sent money because she never asked too. they also have the wedding invitations, proof of statement coming from all the witnesses who attended their wedding. althoguht they did not get everyone. i mean. the one who wrote a sworn statement were her mom and dad, her brother, her sister, her aunt, her 3 best friends, the friend of the guy who came with him from the states, a statement also coming from the mom of the guy stating she has full knowledge of the wedding.

what else she must have missed?
