your chances are approximately 13.59823%

Otherwise known as... we can't tell you that. I suppose 50/50. You either will or won't. No-one can tell you whether you will or not, only time will tell.

More petitions will get approved with the interview waived. Some people who do not submit enough evidence (or a lot of evidence but not very solid) will get an interview.

However, the interview is intended for every petition but not all get called. Several people, even with solid evidence, still end up getting interviewed but that is only so they can satisfy their own statistical quotas. If you have a lot of evidence and end up getting an interview notice, it will b a formality on their end and you will get approved immediately.

it is a relative term - but it is basically what covers all aspects of your life, financially, physically and emotionally (with most emphasis on the financial part).

I just checked back previous monthly fillers thread here in VJ ROC forum and these were chances of interview...

Jan 2010.... 1 case / 70 applicants

Feb 2010.... 1 case / 39 applicants

Mar 2010.... 2 cases / 56 applicants

Apr 2010.... 0 case / 52 applicants

May 2010.... 0 case / 54 applicants

June 2010.... 1 case / 56 applicants

So, I would say less than 5%...

It is also worth mentioning that the only interviews we are aware of are those that are being tracked here.. I would bet there are other people on other similar forums also getting interviews we know nothing about, plus those who are not even using any kind of support system such as forums.
