It'll be a while...ok long while till I'm able to get dual citizenship (USA & Canada)....I'm wondering while permanently living here in the US on a green card and working, do I still have to file taxes in Canada?

Not sure if this is the right area to post...but any help would be great! :)

Most countries have regulations about this type of cases, and most countries just ask you to show proof that you were not living in the Country for the time that you will "not" report taxes for... The easiest way for you to find out will be to call the Canadian Consulate and ask them about it... That's probably a very common question they have plus, thats what they are there for...
