Hi all!

I apologize for these mundane questions! Honestly, I never held a piece of paper so preciously in my life. If you see all my print outs they're all so crisp, LOL.

1. How do you label/put a header on pieces of evidence -- I have a wedding gown receipt from my previous US visit, and other receipts I want to show. Do I just put my name like below:

Beneficiary's name

I-129F

Or should I put the USC's name?

2. Am I supposed to put headers on the Letter of Intent?

Thank you!

Why are you sending a wedding gown receipt for? Too much information I feel. All you need is evidence that you have met photos at least 5-10 and letter of intent and letters or email receipts travel logs and such. Personally we never had to do this just photos and a letter of how we met and affadavits from people who knew us and about our marriage. oh I sent them a wedding invitation copy as well. I know some say more is beter than less but sometimes I think some overload information to USIS and you know what I bet they skim over some of it and just look at the important things like travel docs and photos and letters. Just my 2 cents worth. Letter of intent as far as I concerned should be addressed to like on all formal letters " To whom it may concern" your date and address top right corner.

Divorced !st November 2012.
