thanks so much you guys are a God sent..i broke down today crying my head off with my hubby and it makes him cry and feel bad because what can he do, but wait also.. i hope to God i get his stuff this week so i can mail everything back and then what ever happens , happens..at this pt we will take any news just so we can go on with our lives..moroccan wife is right this is hard on marriages...but thank the LORD my hubby is patient with me..

*update* sent my rfe package back today with more than they even ask for..sent it overnight to cali with them having to sign for it.. not taking chances them saying they not get it..we sent all the proof we had a our whole relationship so if they want something else or deny it ..i know in my heart i did all i could...thanks for all your support!!

I still visit this topic almost every day, just to keep track of who is still not approved. Since I don't know what prompted so many RFEs from USCIS, I can't criticize them, but I can say in general that the whole process is inefficient and stupid for "the greatest country on Earth". Bureaucracy is going to kill this country.

i check in often as well. i don't really have much to say but just offer words of support and hope that you gals can finally get out of this rut.

No explanation. None. Our K1 was orginallly sent back to USCIS and left to expire. They never even reviewed it after we waited so long. So we got married and filed a CR1. Now this.

We really have very few red flags as far as that goes. I did a FOIA request and it was basically useless. The Consular officer didn't write ANYTHING in the notes on the back of the 221g. He's never been married and I've been single since I was 20, after only a dumb and brief high school sweetheart engagement.

I have no idea what's going on in the heads of the USCIS people. But this is so not fair.......

yeah i agree and as far as the rfe goes several ppl have written me and said they're not for red flags or anything, the uscis is just sending out these blanket rfe i assume random which is fine but waiting 6 1/2 months is bs to do it.. u wrote all of your senators and congressmans? and they won't help? i got the same response as u before the rfe , that we were in background..i would keep calling once a week..i wish i could tell u more

omg update is working now and says they got my rfe and i got txt msg none of it worked until today...
