11/29/10: NOA1 arrives!(dated as 11/18/10)

04/08/11: I-130 APPROVAL!!

27/04/11: Emailed Choice of Agent form

03/11/11: Paid AOS and IV fees

04/11/11: AOS and IV fees shown as PAID

08/11/11: AOS Packet sent

09/11/11: IV Packet sent

18/11/11: RFE received requesting AOS packet (which had already been sent)

21/11/11: RFE received requesting 2010 tax return

22/11/11: Sent 2010 tax return

29/11/11: CASE COMPLETE!!!

EMBASSY

10/12/11: Medical @ Bentnick Mansions

30/01/12: Interview @ 9am [APPROVED!!]

01/02/12: Passport with visa inside, and medical packet arrive via courier

02/03/12: Flight to Denver!

sorry i ask this before but with my fried brain can't remember what you guys answered.. :rofl: do u think it would be ok to front load nvc with like skype(just the actual calls no conversation, more pics just things like that..?? i know some officer look at the stuff and kinda know their minds before interview..i talking about nvc trying to keep my hope and faith alive... :wacko:

Marjus' girl, I can't see where that would hurt. If When my husband and I see each other again, I plan on copying the itenerary, passport stamp, and boarding passes, and if he comes here, copies of the bank paperwork adding him to my account. I figure the more proof we're trying to make this work, the better our chances of approval.

04/18/11: NOA2 (Received text/email):D

04/25/11: NVC received my original petition

05/05/11: Received NVC Case # and IIN; gave them our emails

I;m still waiting as well. I called yesterday and they told me that they are processing November 15th petitions.. I said thats funny because December and January already have approvals.. She stayed quiet and said Im sorry ma'am. Wait until the 22nd and call us back.. :/

12/22/2010 - Delivered (online tracking confirmation)

12/27/2010 - NOA1 Email and Text from USCIS. Off to CA!!

12/30/2010 - NOA1 Hardcopy Received. Priority date is 12/22/2010.

02/16/2011 - Touched

05/26/2011 - NOA2 155 days after NOA1!

05/31/2011 - NOA2 Hardcopy Received. No text or email notification.

Well my congressman finally contacted me after two emails..sent scan of privacy act notice and noa 1 so they can do something..hopefully they tell me something new or atleast we will know more about the background..senators office and uscis didnt agree at all.. :blink: senators office said extended background and tier 2 person said they didnt know what they talking about ...im just wanting some answers and im so frustrated at this point i just want a yes or no so we can continue with our life together either in usa or in albania... :blink: sorry for venting...im so happy for all who have been approved.. im raising my glass of tea in cheer to u all... :thumbs:

oh i forgot to ask do the senators office need the privacy form like the congressman ask for today? because if so ..how did the senators assistant find out about my case without it..maybe she didn't do anything and made the whole thing up to blow me off.. :bonk:
