I called the no-help line at USCIS this morning and they told me CSC is just now processing October 14th cases! What BULL!!! Those people are no help. I even talked to the teir two no-help people as well and they were just as non-helpful!

I want my husband!

I'm mad this morning!!!

I totally agree, especially since we are seeing Dec filers getting approved..this process is so frustrating. I finally emailed one of my senators and I am waiting for a email in return, I hope the rest of us Nov filers get approvals this week..

Congrats Mellie&Irvin! I got my NOA2 today as well, via text and email after six months and six miserable days of waiting. I'm a mixture of happy and relieved but also kind of annoyed that I had to practically fight for that approval and saddened at how broken this system is.

Thanks to everyone here for all of their help. I hope all those who are still waiting get their approvals soon.

I'm so happy that we can be actively participate during the NVC stage and contribute to making the process go quickly. I think that's what bothered me so much about the USCIS stage...not being able to do anything!

I have to agree with you on that!

My friend kept calling them non-stop the nvc of course... everyday and of course they tell her always different things so she was getting frustrated...

she got her I-130 approved in 3 months and the nvc took her about a month or so... all together it took her 6 months to get her husband here in the states.......

So I am hoping ours will go quicker through nvc then it did with the uscis. lol.

Congratulations!. You were approved in 4 months 22 days. way to go USCIS rocks!

Don't worry you aren't the only one with the feeling of being left out . I have stopped checking VJ intentionally because it was driving me nuts . I can't bear to see dec approvals and not seeing ours so I won't be coming here as often as I did . I'm middle of no where as my husband isn't the kind who tells me every action he is taken so I have no clue that if he approached any congressman or not . It's sucks
