Another weekend to spend two days without someone at USCIS touching my wife's paperwork. This waiting ####### is starting to get old after only four months.

11-22-07: Married

I-130 Stage

11-17-10: I-130 Sent

11-18-10: I-130 Delivered

11-22-10: NOA1

11-26-10: Touched

03-17-11: Touched

03-30-11: NOA2

NVC Stage

04-06-11: Case at NVC

05-24-11: Case Complete and SIF

05-27-11: Interview Date, 07-05-11

thank you but i just wish the waiting wouldnt take so long for everyone..:( But i will say without ev1's help here and the questions being answered and the experience posted it wouldnt have been so fast for us...VJ and all of you helped tremendously in being able to do this and get it done without having to pay a lawyer more money and get the job done rite the first time :) sooo thanks to all of u!!!

Woo hoo! Finally got our case signed into the USCIS system! So I guess that counts as our first initial 'touch'! We're just shy of 4 months, so perhaps we'll be getting our NOA2 soon!!!!!

thats a good sign!!! I wasnt able to look at ours until last week...always said not found...so the fact they entered it means they must be looking at it!! GOOD LUCK!!!!

Still Patiently waiting for ours . I wonder where is marjau'a girl ? Haven't seen her around

Ye i havent seen her either... n btw did you ever try expedite? I know ur in adil's situation as well... :( if nothing else try expedite at NVC/embassy level etc...u will probably breeze thru the embassy without AP..adil will unfortunately have to endure that part :(

I live in comparitively safe city. No terrorism attacks so far thank God . And we were mentally prepeared for 5 months approvals time for NOA2 , and to ne honest to expedite the nvc stage but ali says we shouldn't as we don't have any reason for that :) although i think nvc stage then interview date will take some time too *sighs*

USCIS journey:

07/25/2010 - Nikah Day

11/10/2010 - sent I-130

11/15/2010- Priority Date

11/18/2010- Notice Date

03/16/2011- Case has been updated on website

04/20/2011- Received NOA2 approval email (Finally)

153 days from our NOA1 to NOA2 .

NVC Journey

04/05/2011: Received NVC Case #

05/30/2011 - Emailed DS3032 ( moving at snail's pace i know )

06/03/2011 - AOS fee Paid

06/03/2011 - Acceptance of DS3032

Any October filers here still waiting for NOA2? My receipt date is 10/27 and still no touches, no action whatsoever.

It's been 5 months.....time for their phones to start ringing!! Keep on them or at least give USCIS some guidance!! Best of luck.......

i have been here but forgot my password and had to reset because im in Albania visiting my husband until may 6th...I'm so happy about all the approvals...congrats to all and hope your journey thru nvc is easy and fast:)
