What's a "touch" ?

A touch.. is what we call the last time our petitions have been handled by someone in the USCIS. You can find out the last time your petition was handled through the USCIS website, as long as you have your case number. It will show up as the date in the 'last updated' column.

ETA: charity, I both love and hate the fact I have a touch.. love it because I know it hasn't gotten lost in the transfer. Hate because now I'm having to seriously resist refreshing the site constantly to see if it's been updated again. :help::wacko::bonk::blush:

02/28/2012 medical done ONE DAY !!!
