There all messed up from the cali to texas back to cali problem..so probably not very accurate now plus cali was approving Jan and Feb filers which just messed it up more..check Igors list under immigration timelines ..it will atleast tell you if anyone near your date is getting approved...good luck to u in this process!!

that is from the igors list:) so yep a nov filer..the first date was the time sent, second from when they got noa 1 its my guess the packet was sent back and they resent it and why the big difference between the two dates(like i said im guessing tho not a known fact)..but would still be a nov filer..plus two cr1 filers from Oct and some K1's ...still trying to be optimistic if I have to I will do NVC from Albania....lol

yeah mine too..i think i lost mine when i seen Oct/Nov was getting skipped..hopefully this week we will see a difference..Good luck everyone!!

First time poster (but longtime lurker) and November '10 CSC filer here.

Quick question about touches. Has anyone else in the same boat not had their application touched since NOA1? It's always been the same message about "Initial Review - On November 8, 2010, we received this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case."

The reason why I'm starting to get a little worried is that others have had multiple touches even though no final approval, and USCIS also never mailed the original I-797. I had to call to request another copy, but I guess at least having a case number means we're in their system and on the radar.

I really don't think you need to worry..alot of ppl have been approved on here without touches and some have been approved with their case numbers not even getting entered online...as long as you have a copy of your I-797 and they told your in the system that is what really matters..welcome to the forum..and good luck on your journey...

So I have a question! On the NOA1, there is a priority date and another date. Which one do we go by for the 5 month mark? I ask because hubby lost original NOA1 (grr) and we requested another.

He has received the new one, which has a priority date of 18/11/10, but the other date is 23/02/11-the date he requested a new one

(also having major panic that this has reset our NOA1 date to just a few weeks ago!!)
