Thanks Everyone!!

Now the GOOD NEWS!!

Just spoke to NVC, the Embassy approved the expedite request last week and NVC sent everything to Bangkok on Friday the 25th!!

Looks like the wife and son can be home in a few weeks, at least by the end of the month!!

On a side note, YES, I did raise a lot of HELL and pissed off my Congressman but I had valid/legit reason to do so. Being approved for an expedite due to my sons health last November 8th and nothing happened, you bet, I pi$$ed off some people until someone HEARD me.

Good Luck to all of you!! (Chok dee!!)

fantastic news, Wade!

unbelievable. i've taken a break from checking everything from igor's checklist to the uscis site to the timeline yada yada yada. it's just a surefire way to get an ulcer and high blood pressure.

3 months and a week in to this thing and i'm just hoping they use plenty of lube when they decide to f*#% us over like they did the transferred folks.

As you all I know I have been the optimistic girl around here but I don't understand why we nov filers are at the same point where we were 3 months ago ? Are being screwed up ? As many oct filers were approved , dec cases have been touched , Jan and feb approved , we haven't had any update ? It's making me super mad

My husband and I decided that we will not check our case status on uscis.gov until tomorrow evening. I have not checked it since Tuesday and I'm itching to check it right now but I must admit that it is always a disappointment to see "Initial Review." His suggestion of limiting our disappointment to only once a week was a good idea.

I'm so tired of waiting but I refuse to let this process break me. I'll just have to continue to find strength somewhere. I'm so happy that I have a wonderful husband I can lean on, who will surely help me pull through this.
